    Worth Buying?

I am starting to get really good with my training but I feel I need to better my home gym. I was wondering if kettle balls and a medicine ball are worth buying. The place I workout at doesn't have them so it would be nice to have them at home. Also if there is any other equipment you could recommend I would appreciate it. Thanks fellas.

med balls are nice, I think I may pick one up myself.

Kettles, I'm not too familiar with, but I know J was talkin' about 'em a while ago, maybe he can fill you in.

So a medicine ball yes, kettle balls who knows. Right now I have some free weights and a bench with leg extension/leg curl attachment. Should I get anything else?

What different sizes are best to get (kettlebells) as in weight wise?

in my opinion kettlebells are pointless, they are very expensive, cannot be changed in weights like dumbells and there is nothing you can't do with dumbells that you can do with kettlebells! Not worth the money, just a gimmick!

kettlebells are an excellent way of developing power. They're proper old school and have been used for years. It is kinda true that you can use dumbells to do exactly the same movements wuth dumbells, but kettlebells are more difficult to handle. Dumbells were designed to be handled easier.
