    When jogging or riding bike

I get this heavy breathing pattern, and when I get home I still have it. And I cough and ****. I even cough when I'm training, running/riding bike. Does the heat do this to people or is there something wrong with me?

The same thing happens to me after I run. When your throat feels dry and sort of itchy. I don't think its the heat because I ran a few days ago when it was cooler and I coughed and then I ran today and it was around 88 degrees and I was fine. I don't think its a real problem. Pretty sure its common.

People are telling me it's allergies. I thought I was going to have a heat stroke today. It was like 86 today where I live. Hot as hell, and the humidity didn't help.
