How about we keep this thread dedicated to just sparring videos? You can post them in a seperate thread for peoples comments, but this would make it easier to have one place to check back to if you want to find someones video. Ideally this would be made a sticky.

OFFICIAL RULES OF THREAD:
-posts to this thread should just be sparring videos
-feedback goes in seperate threads

If you have videos posted somewhere else please put them here

how about hell no? This is about training and nutrition not about immature kids posting videos and talking gangster smack to one and other and others videos. I have learned some stuff here and i think i may have helped some people with their questions...Bad suggestion, if anything email support and moderator and request an area for video posting.

... i said this would not include feedback. Since more people look at sparring threads than any other it makes to put them in one place. I will talk to a mod if people actually post their videos... i figured the thread would just get clogged up with posts like yours though so i decided to wait and see before wasting my time and the time of a mod. So...uhh thanks for your specifically not asked for response....

I aim to please. If you were really thinking you would have contacted a mod first and found out if it were even feasible. Good idea i might add...
