Double or single mouthguards

Just wondering what kind of mouthguards everybody uses....well i use a double because i had a incident with a tooth getting knocked out playing football....gotta protect my grill lol. Ive noticed most pros use singles though.....what do you use?

I have like 10 differant boil and bites that I choose from. three are $.99 cent ones from Target which are pretty damn good. I want a custom though. I would like a double custom cause one time in a street fight I got hit with my mouth open and one of my bottom fangs stabbed into and almost through my lip, but they dont seem to make them.
