Should I pack the pounds on first then work out or work out while trying to put the pounds in.. I have heard several different things.. I been trying to eat as much as I can, been drinking a lot of water and I take Cytogainer in the morning with my breakfast and after I work out.. Should I take the cytogainer at night instead?? Or am I doing it right?? Also I don't have weights and been going to a park and using the exercise things there.. will it be harder to gain weight since I don't have weights? A lil help please!

honestly if you dont know what your doing supplements are a complete was of money.
You should eat properly and work out. Eat every 3hrs. You dont need weights. You can get a build strong body with push ups, sit ups, chair dips(just get two chairs have your feet up on one and your hands on the other and do dips its a good tricep exercise) body squats, pull ups and chin ups. doing those body weight exercises will build you a good firm athletic body if you use proper diet.
