do these things work? I guess what I'm asking really if sweating like you do with it on help you lose weight?
Water weight, not fat and if you are not in a good shape originally, these things could actually have some bad results with overheating your body and such.
If you wanna lose some fat, running and dieting are your keys to it. PM me or just browse this forum.
WHy do women always want shortcuts and **** to dieting. Ten bucks says Vida Loca ditches whatever workout plan she starts up by the end of next week. Women suck at life.

This guy is on point Vida...
Suits are more towards before a fight or so just to make weight... not to lose actualy fat.
the heat does actually burn a percentage but its so small that it won't add up.

smokin hun, I'd appreciate if you wouldn't speak out of your ass before knowing the situation. You could ask me what I've been doing and for how long, insteading of assuming you know everything
For your information, since august (which I've stated this several times) I've been on a diet, drink only water, recently started exercising more (eliptical everyday for 1 mile for the last 4 weeks), I've lost 57lbs.

your better off on a diet and running plan.
yea, but see with women we carry more water weight then guys do. I am really not a sweater.. so that hurts me also. I used the suit for the first time today, omg the water that came off me. Sometimes I fast 2 days, do liquids other days, lose about 5-7lbs that week, I'm sure mostly water. But still I feel good after.
Thanks for the info guys, I'll have to see if I can look something up. I'm just kinda been stuck at this 57lbs loss for a few months, trying to kick start it again. I gain muscle mass really fast, I have a very muscular body, so I haven't really lost that much weight cause I've gain muscle the past few weeks. After I used that suit today though, I went down 2lbs. Also what I liked about it is, after I do my mile on the eliptical I'm usually really hot feel the need to get in cold water, but still feel kinda hot afterwards. But this time with the suit I took it off and dripping with water but the fan's made me cool. A lot better then without the suit.
