  • how should my workout routine be like after boxing?

    well, i fight in the amateurs now and i go to the boxing gym M-F and do what the trainer says which is usually just boxing specific like sparring, heavybag, jump rope, etc, but nothing extra. For about 1-2 hours a day.

    but now my work capacity is much better so i want to do extra workouts after the boxing stuff...

    should i have days for strength endurance doing calisthenics for 50+ reps or do i get enough of that boxing training?

    i want to have 5 days M-F and work max strength, explosive strength, interval, long distance, and strongman training?

    should i give each one its own day or do 2 each day?
