im 5,8.....about 128 pounds...15 years old.....does anybody have a good routine that burns fat fast and gets you toned...i dont care about building muscle..

Eat and work out. Not trying to be flippant, but if you're 5'8" and 128, boxing will build you a killer body if you eat right. No junk food, no soda. Eat fresh veggies, fresh fruit, and lean meat. And hit your boxing workouts so hard that you think you're gonna die. Gaining muscle at your age is tough, but get into good habits now, and keeping your physique will be much easier when you're my age (36.)Comment
