I'm bout to post mine tonight too... once its done loading on my computer.
Well I just watched the first one... Just settle down a little.. the moving is good but its being done way too much..
Stamina looks good.
Sit Down on your punches a lil more... maybe a lil more headmovement so you won't have to move some frantically.
Thats all I'll say.. The other guys will help ya out some too. Overall you looked Nice.. i like it.. just need to sit a lil more because this guy looks to be your same size...so ya don't have to worry about being ridicolously over powered like i did today lol.. Nice one.. I'mma watch the Second one now.Last edited by DA1CATAS; 05-22-2007, 09:09 PM.

You look good in there. I noticed that when he fires a few shots you take a few steps back, I do this alot too but its good to mix it up, meaning more head movement, slip some of the punches block some of them and then you will be in position to counter and fire off your own shots.
I liked the double jab then the right hand, but you got make the jab a bit stiffer, make them worry about it more then surprise them with the right hand cross. Overall your decent keep it up

Chin down.
You tend to move when you don't have to, and stand still when you need to move. Go to your right when he charges you, and keep your weight off your back foot. Notice how you have you weight on your back foot when he attacks? This means he catches you with your chin in the air.
Sometimes you move your front foot first, when going backwards. This puts your weight on your back foot, and makes you put your legs together. When you do that, you can't punch, and have no balance if you get hit. So basically, your footwork needs some work.
Try getting your arms closer to your body. The way you hold them now, they're kinda flapping around, which takes up energy, you can't punch as quick or hard, and your guard suffers from it.
Hard to tell from the video, but I'd say you should look to get to the 141 division. 5'7" is small for your weight.
You look like you have potential to become an okay boxer though. Keep working at it.

I will just say what you need to work on.
Firstly, your footwork is not good. You seem to walk around a bit, and tangle up your feet sometimes. Stick to the basics. If you wanna move forward, move your front foot first, left.. left foot first, back.. back foot first. Fundamentals that you seem to be ignoring.
Second, when he throws, don't always back off. It's good to do it sometimes, but other time, try to land a hard counter or something. Mix it up. The only counters I really saw yuo throw were the occasional jabs, while you backed up. He's gonna expect you to back up, so mix it up sometimes, if he throws a right hand (and drops his hand after like he does in the vid), stand your ground and nail him with a left hook. He will lunge in expecting you to back off, and BAM!
Third, when you jab, get it out, get it back, FAST. You don't seem to extend your jab all the way out, and you bring it back slow. Jab out, bring it back to your chin. If you focus on bringing your hand BACK, rather than getting it out there, the punch will go faster. And remember, keep that right hand up when you throw the jab.
There are a few other things, but just stick to the basics. You look good, just work on a few flaws and you will be fine. Keep it up.
