    I heard if you try to gain too much muscle too quick you get stretch marks.. What I wanna know is what causes stretch marks and how do you prevent them from happening? I just started taking proteins and **** and working out but I'm not trying to get big and have them ugly ass marks on my skin.. I heard if you stretch before working out it prevents them.. this true? What else...

    I have stretch marks, and I think it does happen from putting muscle on quick. I just deal with it since im not shallow

          I have gained like 30 pounds in two months from powerlifting before. I used that worked for me,but have been told skin type is a big factor. I have seen stretch marks on more Black and Latin guys than white ones in gyms aswell.

              omg speaking of stretch marks i lost 34 pounds in 6 months and i ahve them out the ass! you name it i have stretch marks there arms,forearms,elbows,stomach,thighs and chest.

                    i think that depends on yout body type, u can gain 30 punds and dont have those marks or gain 10 pounds and be full of them it depdends of lot of things
