Boxing Globes heavy!

I have pretty small hands, maybe cuz i'm only 14.

I instantly bought boxing gloves without noticing if size mattered.

It fits in my hand but it is pretty heavy.

I've used them for 3 months now, and they don't feel heavy anymore
cuz i use em a lot for my heavy bag.

My gloves are 14oz
and i weigh around 110+ (pretty light i know)

Well since its not evey anymore has it increased my speed in anyway? or my power?

Or did i make a ****** ass mistake!

there really not gonna make you hands any faster or more powerfull you might feel a slight difference when you fight with lighter gloves but if you want faster hands theres polymetrics which makes your hands explosive.

Explain this polymetrics to me please, it sounds interesting and anything that makes you better is good and i want to be the best!! Lol.
