How many push-ups if you dropped down right now?

Hard to believe. Not impossible , just hard to believe. Oh, and their called push-ups buddy.

Push ups, press ups, same thing. And why hard to believe? One armed push ups aren't as difficult as you think. Main thing with them is just to practice your technique and ensure you stay balanced. It took me about a month to do 5 consistent ones and i just built it up from there. Besides 25 one armed push ups isn't actually that impressive, there are plenty of people who can do more. "Impressive" would be between 40 - 50 reps off both arms, a goal one day i hope to achieve.

I got the highest APFT Score in my company with 96 Push ups Counted in a two minute time period, note that i was being scored by a Drill SGT. 316 out of a possible 300!!! Damn im good.
