im not sure how many i can do at once but i usually do 5 sets of 40 after i work out.. 2 or 3 mins in between...
id guess i could do 80 or more at once if i pushed it..... i do a lot of variations, on my knuckles, triangle pushups, elevate my legs to focus on my upper shoulders... regular ones just get too boring to do 200 of em a couple times a week
