    Just got on one of those scales that measures everything and heres what it gave me:

    10.4 and a 1/4 Stone
    20.6 Body Mass Index
    Level 4 Fitness (out of 5, i should be 5 dont know why its saying 4 lol)
    1.8 and a 1/4 Body fat weight
    15.5 Body fat %
    61.6 Water Content

    Well im not sure if there good or bad lol but im sure there good enough!!

    How much is a stone and what is the fitness level measuring?

      Apparently for my weight i should be 18ft tall s

        Mine says 61 water also... with 9.8 body fat and 81 pounds muscle.. 10.1 bone mass.

          how do they check all these things? Electric pulses? You're just standing on a scale right?

            I wouldn't put too much stock into something like this. It's hard to get an accurate BF% reading from a scale, BMI doesn't really matter all that much, and that fitness level thing sounds completely arbitrary.

              My experience is that while different scales or bf% readers may give you different readings they are at least consistent with themselves. So you can tell if your bf% is going up or down. You just can't be sure that you have the objectively correct number.
