    its nothing major,just got a runny blocked nose and a bad cough and feel abit drowzy,should i train?

        If you did it, would it screw you up after? Because if so then no.

        Are you going to get hit in the nose? Dont go splattering your mucus on people lol.

        If you think you can make it, and it wont do you any harm then why not? try not to give it to anyone else though

              If you feel really ****ty, stay in bed.

              But if it's just a slight cold, sweat it out then relax in a bath afterwards.
