    is it better to weight train and then boxing or boxing and then weight train OR it doesnt really matter??

    it depend what you do relli maybe spend 3 times a week weight tranning and the other 3 boxing and have sumday off but tinke mon , wes n fri weight trannning and the other boxing

        do u train at a gym or @ home because youd benifit a lot more it you went you local boxing gym

                My pal videoed me sparring on his phone the other day. I scored a double left hook and my friends head guard flew off. I then did an Ali shuffle and started taking the piss.

                The next round, he beat the ****e outta me. haha. that'll teach me for being a cheeky bastard... in truth he beat the **** outta me yesterday too. i got a big black eye. haha

                    On the same day? if on the same day you either wanna do serperate days for each of boxing then weights I recon.
