Any good massage oils for the hands and knuckles?

Can any of you recommend a decent massage oil for sore knuckles?

My coach advised us to massage our hands to look after the joints and ligaments.

Oh god, there was a discussion at my gym last night about someone suggesting to piss on your own hands to toughen them up. Something to do with the ammonia.

I'm not doing it though....i did get a slight feeling that he was saying it so we'd all come into the gym tomorrow saying we'd been urinating on ourselves.

Haven't really heard of any massage oils or anything, i'm sure its not the oil anyway- its the actual action of massaging that helps. So anything will do proberbly... get some vegetable oil!

yh dat it a mean to work but it a buit nasty init lol but id use sudocrem or germolene 1 of those 2 should heel it up quicker but thoses to are only for if youve got a cut but basicly if you have sore knuckels it will take time for youy hand to get used to it
