    New Diet

ok so after some planning i chose my new routine to drop about 20 or so pounds (had to stop training for 6 months for certain reasons). I'm going to be doing the warrior diet since i heard good things about it, jus wanted some opinions on the food and such. thanks here it is

    5AM
wake up and do roadwork (intervals/ sprints one day, long distance the next day)
    7AM
Protein shake with an apple and an orange
    8AM-4PM
    work
    5PM-7PM
    gym work
    8 or 8:30 PM
one big meal consisting of chicken, fish, wheat pasta, wheat bread, eggs, oatmeal, nuts, etc. basically all the foods i would eat throughout the day i eat in one big meal at night.
    11PM
    bed

    thoughts? opinions? critique? thanks alot.

What about lunch? Eating big meals is a bad plan actually. If you have the time and the means, I'd recommend 6 small meals throughout the day.

indeed, sure be tough every now and then an train off 6 hours of sleep... but honestly, for a prolonged period of time, you'll need average 8 hours (min) a night to do well, although everyone's different.

Plus, when your not sleeping as much your body will crave fast sugary foods even more, making being on that diet just little more tougher. I remember when i used to work ****ty shifts and would only get 5 hours sleep - i went mental trying to avoid jam on toast for some reason.

The warrior diet in my opinion is friggin terrible for a hard training athlete.
