weird day at the gym today...

I ordered then new Grant Handwraps that are supposed to be 200" long, but theyre are extremely short and shorter and than my 180" titles.

The guy I sparred in that video knocked down two bags in a row.

This one young 20 something guy that seems like hes good, got owned by this wierd old 40 something looking guy that trains at the gym in sparring.

I sparred this one guy and I rushed him into the ropes and as he stepped back he caught his gym bag on his leg and he shook it twice and didnt come off so I went to kick it and he had moved and it was still there so he finally kicked it off.

I got cut in sparring, actually its justs a scratch.

My throat really hurts for somereason.
