keep your hands up more, punches should go right back in to stance position..not down..punch straigher, hook with your hips and with your legs same goes with your straight right..that gym looks pretty nice wheres that at?

i havent started boxing yet, but by looking at your bag work, ive noticed that when you throw a hook, you kinda let it stay there a bit on the bag. i think you should bring it back right away after you throw it.

nice work man. I like the others, think that you "hang" a couple of your punches, which you'll want to fix. It also seems as though you struggle with body shots in comparison to headshots. Nice job on the speed bag and rope, try to get a little more speed on the rope (no worries though, I'm **** at both). Out of curiosity, how much do you practice the speed bag? I'm only now starting to pay attention to it.

Tha smaller the speed bag the easier it is to hit it fast... the big ones you have to hit harder, and they are slow

good work on the speed bag, but Id say work more on the heavy bag.. somethin about it didnt look right.. seemed like u were scared ud hurt ur hands if u actuall hit the heavy bag with some pop on ya punches
