My body hurts after cardio... Any drugs i can take

take a hot shower every couple of hours after the exercises, I presume that is regular sorenes, not some serious injuries.
I am pretty sure that there are NO supplements that help it as well(by increasing the blood circulation) but hot showere every couple of hours will help.

Eat plenty of protein. It should repair your muscles faster.
If you've only just started training you will be sore after the first few times. The more you go the less it hurts.
