I guess nobody is going to answer this ? and I can understand y.
the exercises r same for any sport really. the only difference I see is the actual boxing part, putting those muscles to use that, and developing coordination and timing ability.
abs, upper and lower body mixed with agility exercises and coordination drills
with me
I usually do
stretch--very important
4... 5 min rounds of jumping rope in between rounds I dont rest, I do pushups, divebomber pushups, mountain climbers, and a set of decline situps then off to the next round of jumping rope.
break
hit the speed bag for 5 min and the bike for another 5
do three sets of back extensions, pulls ...palms..inward and outward..dips....vertical leglifts and kneebends on the dipstand....
another break
they gotta rope I use to practice ducking under
ive learned so many ab exercises it isnt even funny. I usually do `10 of these nonstop
then shadowbox with weighted gloves....
next double end bag for about min
after this I hit the bags the light heavy, the heavy heavy, and the hook/uppercut bag for 3 rounds 3 min each...
all this takes under 2 hours.
sometimes the trainer will have us do agility stuff like jumping over cones and what not or pads.
oh yeah and with any workout you should have a warmup and cooldown routine. they can be the same thing just make sure you do the cooldown in reverse order.
light to intense stretkhing followed by light exerkise is the warmup and just do that in reverse order for the kooldown.
