Stamina training. Not my morning roadwork; I mean windsprints, burpees, hill runs, stair running -- anything that, if you're doing it right, makes you either puke, or makes you pray for death or unconsciousness just so that it will end sooner.

oh and I love running, but running on the street is the most fun, get to hang around the neighboorhood and stuff like that.

Running is ****ing fun and It's easy for me to do. Lifting is a pain in the ass and takes way too much out of you unless you're eating for lifting and taking the necessary recup supplements. Every person I know that really lifts to gain strength and put on muscle either juices, takes tons of creatine, eats big or takes some other sort of performance enhancer.
The rest just maintain their genetic mass they were born with. I don't know a single person who likes lifting and does it naturally at all times. I don't think they exist either.I guess on the road I dont push myself as hard as on the tread. But still hate it, maybe its my patience.:s
