okay i broke my hand about 6-8 months ago and it just isnt healing ive lifted light weights on and off.. but my question is should i still try and train and just get slim and toned with light weights putting my hand possibly under stress. or should i just do nothing and get fat and out of shape hoping it heals???
all opinions welcome.. at the end itll be my decision just lookin for maybe sumone who had been there or what u would do if you were in my position..
