hmm need opinions

  • hmm need opinions

    okay i broke my hand about 6-8 months ago and it just isnt healing ive lifted light weights on and off.. but my question is should i still try and train and just get slim and toned with light weights putting my hand possibly under stress. or should i just do nothing and get fat and out of shape hoping it heals???

    all opinions welcome.. at the end itll be my decision just lookin for maybe sumone who had been there or what u would do if you were in my position..

    I'd do whatever your doctor told you to do. If it were me I would avoid doing anything to further jeopardize my hand and would do everything possible to make sure it healed as well as it could. I'm sure there are some things you could do to stay in shape... if nothing else a stationary bike shouldnt bother your hand. but the more you f up that hand the worse it will be for the rest of your life.

      how about doing your running.. Getting your stamina up.. and working mainly on the other hand when hitting the bag and so on... still use the hurt hand but go light on it so it can heal completely... THATS if it still hurts at all.

      I chipped a bone in my thumb and it always gives me a lil pain.. this was years ago though... It will never go Away im guessing until I get surgery or sumthin.



      are you even trying to box or just stay in shape? Thats my question.. I could help more if ya answer that.

        i box but itll be a while till i can fight again, right now im just tryna stay lookin good and maintain what i got, to much cardio will lose me muscle, ive been tryna think of some sort of resistance training that doesnt hurt my hand, i was thinking maybe a cable..
