  • wheres the pain?

    after reading some forums...i've noticed that many complain about how their hand hurts, thumb hurts, and wrist hurts after a heavy bad workout. When i started to train without a heavy bag at home, i'd basically punch cement walls. I know that wasn't a good idea but...even punching walls...I never had any hand or wrist problems. Is this because Im punching wrong? or does this mean I have strong wrists? I mean...after i got in a gym, I would hit the heavy bag with a lot of power but, even then...I never really felt pain in the hands or wrists...(i use wallmart glove too). The only pain I feel is the tiredness of my arms.
