  • One of my trap muscles is bigger then the other?

Should I train with one dumbbell on the arm side of the bad trap? It's on my arm that is slightly weaker so it's not going to make my arm super big looking. It would probably help balance it out. But do you think one arm should shrugs are unhealthy or what?

just do more reps on that side but its very normal for that to happen

I dont think their is much you can do about it. For some reason one side of my chest is bigger. People always favor one side or another.

It's ery hard to get imbalances (which are perfectly normal) like that fixed. I think you should stick to getting an even workout on both sides. This means that your weaker side dictates how much weight you do for a certain set/rep scheme. At some point, your weaker side will catch up to the other side, at least strength wise.

Just keep working hard and with time your weaker side will catch up cause it has to work harder
