Do those wrist/hand braclets really heal pain?

recently ive been experiencing stiffness/sorness/and i guess cramps in my left wrist and on my palm and between my knuckles. Im 16 years old, and really wanna continue boxing, but i dont want this pain, to get worse or hold me back at all. So i did some shopping around and saw some commericals, and i was just wondering do those bracelets really heal hand/wrist pain cramps? heres a link to the one im thinking about getting

yo i get the same problems bro. i learned u gotta stay off the heavybag, most the time when ur hand is hurtin its cuz ur pounding the heavybag too often...

also maybe ur gloves or handwraps arent good for ur hands. some people just fit in certain gloves, and lets face it , some gloves just are ****ed and never fit right...

i suggest some 10 oz gloves for double ended bag.
14 ounce (QUALITYYYY) gloves for heavybag and sparring. make sure u get a good glove. find something everylast,winning over 60$

u get what u pay for.

like i bought 29 99 everlast 14 ouncers, they arent bad but if they slip during training and my hand gets out of position, and i hit the bag, itll hurt...

but i recently bought new gloves and TITLE mexican handwraps, and so far so good man.

also maybe u injured soemthing, go get some x rays
