I started jumping rope for a cardiovascular workout and I would like to be able to do different things besides just jump straight up and down with both feet. I would like to learn how to do things like the boxers shuffle but my coordination is really bad at this point. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to learn the boxers shuffle and other styles boxers use to skip rope. Any advice is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
