im 5"9 and weigh 180
i work out but i got mostly a muscular body but not cut
i do 15 pounds of curls going up to 20 then i go down to 2 reducing the amount of times by 2 then go back up to 20 (ex. 20,18,16,14,12....2,4,6,8,10...20)
and i do 100 crunches a day holding the last one for 30 seconds
