  • how do you get cut?

    im 5"9 and weigh 180
    i work out but i got mostly a muscular body but not cut
    i do 15 pounds of curls going up to 20 then i go down to 2 reducing the amount of times by 2 then go back up to 20 (ex. 20,18,16,14,12....2,4,6,8,10...20)
    and i do 100 crunches a day holding the last one for 30 seconds

    You have to do some cardio to melt the fat off your body in order to see the muscles you've been working hard to build. Running and swimming are great options. Just make sure you get that heart rate up.

      If you have more body fat than your suposed to have DOING SITUPS WILL NOT HELP YOUR ABS GET CUT ALL YOU ARE DOING IS MAKING THEM HARDER, you must lose that body fat in order to actually se your abs. as soon as you start to see them then you can focus on strengthening them.

              i could already see my upper abs its just the fat around the belly button area that i wanna burn, imma try running and some cardio,see if that does the trick
