i recommend to all u push up people out there to use an AB ROLLER aka exercise machine. i can get a pic if u want. but it works the same muscles most pushups do, same motion, but along with it it works ur abs hard. so it really is like doing push ups, but u work ur abs too. i highly recommend it. ive had my ab roller for like a month now and once i realized it works my arms. shoulders, pecks, back, abs, and even my neck. i dont have to do push ups or sit ups ever again if i dont want. i still do some sit ups cuz im addicted but seriously ****K pushups lol.
