  • Minor Injury?

I was doing some jiu jitsu like a week ago and this guy did the can opener.

Like when I pull my head toward my chest I get like back/chest pain. Even when I jump I get back/chest pain.

Heres a vid of the can opener.

Obviously that dude doesn't know how to roll cause you ain't trying to hurt someone. You should tap on things like that to make sure you don't get yourself hurt like that. I got a neck injury the same way a couple years back and learned when to tap.

When you put your hand on your chest and press down does it hurt? I'm not talking about a stinging pain like pushing a bruise, more like a deep rooted pain...........if that's the case you have a bruised sternum chief.

And I've had one that was terrible, almost where I couldn't even breathe. Just take it easy and don't grapple or you'll hurt it bad.
