im guessing you will all say the bag? all my hooks are alright apart from left hook to the head...its ****e lol i have trouble doing it

best way to develop a good hook?

you know, chop wood like chop with a ****ing axe.
find a nice tree not too big, chop it down (not on neighbors property...) very good for power hooks. very, very good exercise for punch training.
then once the tree is on the ground you chop at the log while it's on the ground, hard. wear gloves. that will hone your uppercut power moreso than your hook power but still, it's important to work the log on the ground, for your lead hook.
