    I did some conditioning for 40 mins then practised techniques/combos with a partner. At the end of the session I sparred two rounds at a very high pace and did reasonably well. Gym work was ok, but I have to improve on my hook defense and side stepping.

      April 30- Gym workout. Worked pads and technique
      May 1-was lazy+ had to go to work
      May 2- Bagwork 5x2min rounds of combos and working off the jab, followed by 4x1 min power punches 5x30sec punch-out drills finished off with some ab work
