Hey guys, well I am real new to boxing. Although over the past 18 or so months I have taken a real keen interest in it by watching a hell of a lot, studying styles, techniques and joining here for some tips. But I'm not saying I'm a pro or anything or even have a real idea on how to box but hopefully traning more will maybe see me go to a gym eventually and getting fitter/healthier.
But one of my question is with sit-ups... Is there any real problem in say, doing 70 sit-ups in the morning and 70 at night (amount isn't too important)? I mean, any difference between doing that then doing 3 sets of 50?
Also, I know that coke and soft drinks aren't too good for you but what about Diet coke? There is no sugar in it and only a few calories? Obviously water would be better but Diet Coke okay sometimes?
