Looks pretty slick, would be nice for interval training when at home.

That would be nice, but this little thingamajigger is pretty cool in my opinion. Yeah, customized intervals would be a lot better, but I think this one looks pretty good...I'll probably pick it up when I get some money.

i saw it at the sports authority today, I stopped in to look around and look at prices on mats. I picked up another jumprope and mouthpiece. They also has some nice lookin Everlast MMA sparring gloves that were 8oz.

I went in Champs Sports the other day and I always look at the Everlast gear and everything was their MMA gear. They didn't have the normal boxing gloves anymore, it was all MMA. Even the head gear. MMA is taking over and it's getting annoying.

I have one and I love it! I do my 12 rounds hittin the bag in my garage with this thing and it's my dream timer. I seriously didn't want to spend $100+ on a proffesional one, and I was happy as hell when they came out with this one. I would seriously recommend it, but if you play your music loud while you work out, make sure to keep your eye on the time incase you don't hear it, but it's loud enough if you keep your music at a limited volume.
