Just a case of weak/thin skin on your hands. Nothing much you can do but use extra padding, or simply ignore it.

If you are in serious training, I would avoid taking time off to let them heal. When wrapping the hands, make sure you cover the knuckles really well. Also, you might want to put some neosporing on your knockles every night until they heal.

When I first started training I had that problem but after awhile they stopped cutting open. Just give it time and maybe wrap your knuckles a little tighter.

Could be because you have dry hands? Thick dry skin cracks easily. Hand lotion!

your hands could be dry i know this sounds slightly gay but you might need to moisturizing your hands...also when you wrap your hands make sure to go over the knuckles a few times
