    NEW DIET

everyday you eat 3 meals and 1 snack. Thats BREAKFAST (1), that should be eaten
within one hour from the time you wake up. Then theres LUNCH (2), which should be
eaten between 12-130. but can be held back to anytime before 3 if you sleep in.
Then DINNER (3), which can come at anytime between 430-8. then on top of that you
can have one snack (1), which can be eaten AFTER DINNER ONLY..and anything else you eat MUST BE A HEALTHY FOOD.
so for example.. you wake up, eat your breakfast 30 minutes after u wake, then a few
hours pass its 1 pm, you eat lunch, then from there you do ur afternoon thing, if
you get hungry between lunch and dinner it must be a HEALTHY snack you eat, and cant
be too big of a snack... then after you eat a solid dinner, chill a few hours, and if u get
hungry, have the snack, u dont have to have this, prolly better if you dont, but just
dont eat more then one snack! this should result in less body fat and no weight problems

    GYM PLAN

date: april 17th 2007. feeling good, with my new plan i got, to get me in shape and healthy,
im saying august-september ill be ready to sign up at my local boxing club. from there, im
going to see what they offer, i wanna be around when the amatuers are there , to watch sparring
and just train with them, i wanna be an amatuer so thats where i should be... maybe before that
if the trainer recommends it, ill take a few lessons first so i dont look like a fool in there,
but id preferably do all my learning during an open gym. we will see how it plays out, i have
other options incase this gym isnt what i want. if im in the gym by aug-sept, i can see myself
starting amatuers as soon as feb-march 2007. but the smarter plan would prolly be to start a year from this point. so april-may 2008. which would be right before i turn 21. so i would get to start with a full year ahead of me. i would like to start my boxing career on a fresh year...

but anyways. this is the plan
