Two things:

1. That wasn't sparring. You were only hitting to the body, and very lighlty at that.

2. The other guy was holding back, being nice to you. He could have clearly laid you out in seconds, if he wanted to. He actually looked like a fighter. You DON'T.

I stopped watching after you leaned down to punch at his body..that was like 3 seconds into the video. Like what Punchdrunk said, you would've been counting stars if he threw an overhand right..
