  • Boxing shoes choice

Well i recently purchased some top ten boxing shoes a few months ago, and i find them really uncomfortable and they take ages to put on due to all the laces, im usually into the lowercut shoes that come just above or below the ankle, and these ones come up pretty high to the shin area..

I currently have some other shoes in mind and im really just asking for an opinion on them, so if anyone has any experience with either of them could you give me some feedback before i make my mind up.. heres the ones im thinking about getting.

    adidas Tyrint III

The Tyrints are really good IMO. I have the Tyrint II's, but they're basically the same. A few of my boxers have the one's in your pic, and they seem really happy with them.

Just remember, they're actually wrestling shoes, and as such, have a VERY thin sole. Much thinner than boxing shoes. I find this to be an advantage, since you get better feeling with the floor, but some people think they're too thin. It's a matter of personal preference, I guess, but I highly recommend them.

Yeah man tell me about it, I tryed getting a pair not so long ago from everlastboxing but they want license confirmation and all that so decided not go through it all.

          I found the asics here - http://www.wrestlinggear.com/store/a...Y503-9001.html

          And tyrints from www.ringside.com

personally I don't like low top at ALL....

hightops seem to give more ankle support.

thanks skyler u the man. i'm a huge fan of lo-tops. i'm all about the minimalist approach to dressing for the ring. tyson style. lo top black shoes, smaller black trunks and no robe. booyah!
