    For a couple of weeks i started eating healthy and drinking healthy and trying to keep fit and in even the first week i noticed a big differece.

    Over Easter ive ben pigging out though and eating loads of ****e and drinking loads of ****e but im going to cut it out when Easter is over, on Monday.

    Looking forward too seeing the results and getting fitter!!!

    No real point in this thread but i thought it MIGHT make interesting reading lol.

    Yeah I'm starting to eat properly as on next week. It'll be good to see how much of a difference it makes.
