Hmmm thanx Maybe your right... But i've been working my abs for ever...
I can do upside ETC.... the chance that they are not strong enough might be slight because I've even dropped weight from 200 to 170-165 now.... but I'll see if your right.. Thanx for the help.. -- Catas
p.s. i have the T'V. ab roller.. not the Wheel alone.. it has lil springs in it that help ya contract... stole it from da moms house lol.. you think that affects it?

is it this one? http://www.asontv.com/products/1057008692.html
Or this? http://www.t-nation.com/assets/image...ckknifemid.jpg
I was talking about the latter...
If that's you in your avatar, then yeah, you look like you should be strong enough to do it, at least on your knees. Maybe it's a matter of technique. Anyway try it out, I'm sure you can do it the right way.

(I'm trying to upgrade my 4 to an 6 maybe an 8 if possible. I got hardly any body fat on my body anymore after the draining from 172 to 140 from the past months and now I can see the entire area of where my abs are suppose to be but I have to get the others to show exactly..)
For bigger abs, heavy squats, deadlifts, snatches, cleans and full contact twist are second to none. If you've ever seen a lower weight Olympic weightlifter, you'll know they got the thickest abs of steel, you'll ever see. As an added bonus, those exercises also give you overall bodystrength.
