There is no fast way without steroids. If you have no patience and don't want to take steroids, then just give up. If you have the patience, determination, and disciplnie, then you can achieve it. You will need to pump that iron and eat alot, but eat healthy. If you need more details then just ask.
There's a difference between what you say you want and the picture....
To get "Big Arms" do Bicep, Tricep, and Shoulder excercises.
Eating protein will help
To get the picture you'd need to do all the excercises plus diet, and have low fat %...This will make you more lean and make what muscle you do have appear bigger...And when you get bigger you'll look like the picture...
if u want to build muscle fast, lift the heaviest weight you can but not too heavy where u lose technique. eat right and drink a lot of milk.
if u do it properly u can put on quite a bit of muscle in short amount time. i once put on 5lbs in a week!
Impossible for you to put on 5lbs of muscle in a week, I don't care what you say. It's hard for anyone (not cycling) to put on a pound of muscle in a week. Even if you did put on a pound a week, that'd be 4lbs a month and 48lbs in a year which is still a lot of muscle to put on. I'm safely willing to bet that 4 out of those 5lbs were fat and/or water weight.
Oh and a lot of protein without a lot of carbs is ****, you're going to need to use those protein's full potential and the only way is if you eat a lot of carbs.

k i got my weights workout, to get through it all takes about 30 minutes. if i wanna do another round it would take an hour. etc...
say i do this 3 nights a week for half hour - hour a night..
how long til i see results ??
and if im not workin hard enough, what should i change,
should i keep my workout, and jus work it for like 3 or 4 rounds which would be hour and a half - 2 hours instead of half hour - hour ...
or should i change up my workouts and do better workouts??
all i do is curls, single armed the ni got a double arm curl bad.. i got a bench and about 130 ilbs weight total, but to be honest i cant bench more then like 170 anyways so ... LOL. but i barely lift weights. but i do the curls n my bench, n thats pretty much it , ohh and my shoulders i love to work... but thats it
i wanna get bigger tho and improve with my weights and strength training so what should i do ?????
