Hey i was wonderin what songs you guys listen to while training or going for a run, i need some new songs for my ipod, any suggestions?i usually like rock that gets me pumped up like mudvayne.

My current favourite for gym workouts is a playlist consisting mostly of "Acceptance", "Three days grace" and "Theory of a Deadman" as far as rock are concerned. Mostly listen to rap though, with "Papoose", "Jay-Z", "Young Jeezy" and "Cassidy" topping the lists

unfortunatly at my gym they mainly play the radio, which plays the weak ass mainstream rap that is gay. When i run or workout I use my mp3 player that is filled with hard rap, mainly punchline rap and hyped **** like the crunk stuff.

My favorites are Big Pun, Cannibus, Chino XL, Mobb Deep, Royce Da 5'9'', Lil Jon
