    Burpee Program

    Burpees are when you go into a squat and place your hands on the floor, then kick your legs behind you and then do a push up. Then pull your legs back to you chest and stand up quickly and doing a squat jump ( the jump is optional).

    Try this program which will feel like you will puke.

    1 Burpee
    *3-5 pullups
    2 Burpees
    * pullups
    3 Burpees
    * pullups
    4 Burpees
    * pullups
    5 Burpees
    * pullups
    6 Burpees
    * pullups
    7 Burpees
    * pullups
    8 Burpees
    * pullups
    9 Burpees
    * pullups
    10 Burpees
    * Pullups

    This Is brutal but effective, you can switch it up with dumbell or Kettlebell swings sometimes. This superset will help you with your pullups and do as many as you can each time. Kostya Tsyzu is known to be a big fan of Burpees, and lots of fighters use them.

    Burpees are a part of my circuit at the end of my training every night.

      You should try this program, you will feel spent after you are done. It really tires you out and I have noticed a difference in my pushup stamina and physique doing it.

          Is that 3-5 pullups each time? Also, can you tell me what's meant by a circuit?

            Yeah 3-5 pull up each time and this is an example of a circuit. Or a circuit is going back and fourth to different exercises to confuse the muscles.
