    recently. I just did a few reps doin a shuolder workout with a 1.5kg weight, and the burn started setting in.

    What the hell?

    Do some prehab and rehab type exercises to strengthen the shoulders and rotator cuffs up. My left one pops out during fights and sparring sessions so i took a week off and did some rotational exercises and different ones with stretch bands and now the shoulder is stronger than before
