Not many people can swim none stop for an hour. Im pretty sure it wud ****in kill me. But i could run for an hour. I think swimming is better for building stamina where as running will obviously build stamina but make u stronger than swimming would

No, swimming makes your arms stronger. Running makes your legs stronger. You need strength in both for boxing.

So what, you use your bicep and tricep while swimming? I don't think so. It's shoulders, back, legs, and abs (any maybe chest depending on what kind of stroke).

              triceps you still use

biceps, not so much, but brachialis you do, which performs the typical "bicep" action
