I guess a lot of your stuff wouldnt test its durability hmm
I've not had them for long so I don't know how durable they are. But after a few washes, they've held up well.

And if you want some cheap jogging pants, go to Sports World if you have one. Or JJB. You could probably pick some up for less than a tenner.

What do you mean by this bottom bit. I don't understand it

Don't be the guy who wears the new matching outfit to the gym, does about 2 or 3 sets of 5 with light weight repetitions on a pec fly deck........then starts talking to the wife on his cellphone while he heads for the shower room.

      I never saw an improvement.

LOl, Im the guy that gets the new matching outfit... and I text my girl alot while im at the gym (like when I go to get some water, Ill text a word or two), but I dont leave early... Im normally there for a long time... 2 classes, plus sparring after the classes

Wow... all this over a pair of pants. I don't mean to be rude but what are you doing??? Just go to the store and get a pair of pants. Unless they don't fit or something they're not going to have that much influence on your workout...

Lol that wasnt a dissrespect lol just incase you think it was. Im guessing you run, do bag and pad work etc etc in it. But I might eventually (could be weeks, months, or might never happen) Be being chucked around in this stuff, and it might get torn

Ive been thinking, does running in a tracksuit/sweats , help you loose weight? I figure that you weight less because of the water weight you loose when running, but you regain that as soon as you drink some water. So does it anyone know if running in one help you loose calories?
