Advice. What Gloves.

I do heavy bag work and double end ball just to keep fit realy. Currently using a cheap paid of Lonsdale bag mits. Im 6" and 16 stone and hit petty hard.
I get sore knuckles after 5 mins or so, even on DE ball.

Can anyone recommend what i should use, Type, Size , Weight, Brand etc
I would prefer a pair where you dont need hand wraps if possible

RingSide gloves 16 18 oz the best I've used constructed very well

you should always use wraps for safety but ringside and title both make good bag gloves and i think title has a sale right now

When it comes to boxing doing things on the cheap is never a great idea. However, there is one inexpensive way to strengthen your hands and knuckles. Do lots of pushups on your fingers and knuckles. In some cases it takes several months of preparation to allow you to do good work on the heavybag.
