    Sorry if this questions been asked before

    And also in each week after that

    Im 175lbs and really need to get down between about 150-160 or something as fast as I can without causing myself damage. Because I got a hip and back problem extra weight makes it worse.

    Any help appreciated, thanks

    I have lost about 4kg in a week before, which is roughly half a stone. That was safe... it didnt cause me any problems. I would say losing a whole stone in a week would definetly be unhealthy... unless you were a complete lard arse and got stuck on a celery diet with 20 mile runs each day.

      Yeh dropping half a stone in the first week would be good.

        Safely without losing and muscle.. two, maybe pounds if you're dedicated. Anything more and you're losing water weight (which can come back fast) and/or muscle weight.

          when im dieting hardcore, i drop pounds in bunches.

          last diet i went on, i lost 13 pounds the first week, then 9 the second.

              How did u do that?? I read that any more than 2-3 pounds a week is unhealthy..
