I went the other day and did the whole circuit Speed ball, bags, skipping pushups and other stuff. I was feeling a bit sore in places but nothing major.
I went today and was ok. If I was really sore I would have rested longer. I am very new to doing any type of full on excursive or training so my body is in a little shock.
At this stage I am looking to go to the boxing gym tues, thurs, sat. I think a day in between should be ok, I am also running every day Mon-fri.
Then when I get some weight off and get my fitness up I am going to do weights in place of one boxing night. I also got some protein powder that is for muscle building and recovery. I don't know if its going to help but I thought I would give it a go.
I am very very new to this training, so forgive me if I say ****** things.
I am hopping what I am doing will get me in shape and start building some strength and muscle.
